1. One-Time Orders

Before Fulfillment:
You may cancel a one-time order any time before it has been processed or shipped.
To cancel, contact us at Orders@spaandsauna.com with your order number. -
After Fulfillment:
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If eligible, you may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
2. Subscriptions (Powered by Bold)
We use Bold Subscriptions to manage recurring orders and billing.

How to Cancel:
• Log in to your account at https://shop.spaandsauna.com/pages/manage-subscriptions
• Click “Manage Subscription”
• Select “Cancel Subscription”
• Or email us at Orders@spaandsauna.com to request a cancellation -
Timeline:
Cancellations must be submitted at least 2 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
If canceled within 2 days of the next billing date, your cancellation will apply to the following cycle. -
No Hidden Fees:
We do not charge cancellation fees or penalties.
3. FTC Compliance
In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Negative Option Rule and other consumer protection regulations:
- We provide clear, simple ways to cancel your subscription.
- We will not require you to call or complete unnecessary steps to cancel.
- No unreasonable delays or conditions will be imposed.
- Your subscription will not renew once cancellation is confirmed.
